These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the FastFutureX International website and the purchase or use of our digital services, consulting, design work, software work, AI automation, marketing support, and online classes.

2. Services
We provide digital services including website development, software-related services, AI automation, logo design, branding, UI/UX, digital marketing, business consulting, online classes, training, custom digital projects, and technical support. We currently do not sell physical goods through this website.
3. Quotations and Scope
Project quotations are based on the information provided by the customer. The final scope, timeline, revisions, payment milestones, and deliverables may be confirmed by written quotation, invoice, email, or service agreement.
4. Payments
Payments may be requested before work begins, at agreed milestones, or before final delivery. Third-party charges such as hosting, domains, paid plugins, software subscriptions, advertising budgets, or platform fees may be billed separately unless stated otherwise.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, approvals, content, account access, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing information or late approvals may extend project timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project files, designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of FastFutureX International until full payment is received. After full payment, the customer receives the agreed usage rights or ownership rights stated in the quotation or agreement.
7. Online Classes
Class schedules, access details, course content, and certificates, if any, will be communicated before or after purchase. Students must not share paid class materials, login links, recordings, or private resources without permission.
8. Revisions and Acceptance
Revision limits will be defined in the quotation or agreement. A project, design, class, consultation, or digital deliverable may be considered accepted once the customer approves it, uses it, downloads it, publishes it, or fails to respond within a reasonable review period.
9. Restricted Activities
We may decline or discontinue services that involve illegal activity, misleading content, prohibited industries, sanctioned parties, unsupported payment locations, suspicious payment activity, or any activity that may violate applicable law, PayPal rules, payment processor rules, card network rules, or banking requirements.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy and any written agreement made for a specific project or service.
11. Limitation of Liability
FastFutureX International is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, platform restrictions, payment processor decisions, third-party service interruptions, or customer-side technical issues unless required by applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sri Lanka, unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.
