Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund rules for digital services, custom projects, online classes, consulting, design work, AI automation, and marketing support.

1. Custom Digital Services

Custom digital services include websites, software, AI automation, branding, logo design, marketing work, and consulting-based project work. Because these services require time, planning, and resource allocation, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.

2. Before Work Starts

If a customer cancels before any project work has started, we may refund eligible payments after deducting payment processing fees, administrative costs, or any third-party costs already incurred.

3. After Work Starts

Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed. We may offer a partial refund only for the unused portion of the project if no substantial work has been completed and if the cancellation is reasonable.

4. Milestone Payments

Payments made for completed or approved milestones are non-refundable. Future milestone payments may be cancelled if both parties agree to stop the project.

5. Online Classes

For online classes, refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment and before attending the session, accessing major course materials, or receiving recordings. After access is provided or the class has started, refunds may not be available.

6. Consulting Sessions

Consulting fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If a customer gives reasonable notice before the session, we may reschedule the session based on availability.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed custom work
  • Approved design concepts or project milestones
  • Consulting sessions already completed
  • Course materials already accessed or downloaded
  • Third-party tools, hosting, domain, plugin, software, or advertising costs
  • Payment processing fees where not returned by the payment provider

8. How to Request a Refund

Email info@fastfuturexinternational.com with your name, invoice details, payment date, reason for refund, and supporting evidence if applicable.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days. Actual bank or payment provider posting time may vary.
